"I think it is good, particularly the think-tank sessions that you’ve kind a kind of stimulus. You know, if you have 100% of people in a room who are coming from the same perspective, that kind of stimulus may not be as great as if you even throw in one person and give it a bit of churn, someone with a bit of an alternative view, you know, it does help to create a more refreshing perspective.
